Doing Business in El Lago

Contractor Registration Now Required in the City of El Lago

To register your business with the City of El Lago, you will need do the following:

• Complete this Contractor Registration Form
• Priovide a Certificate of Liability Insurance made out to the City of El Lago. You may bring this with you when you return your completed application, or you may have your insurance company fax it directly to us at 281.326.0165.
• Cash, check, or money order in the amount of $50.00.
• If you will be doing electrical work or plumbing you will also need to provide copies of your Master Licenses.

Please note: Each business name that you register will be treated as a separate company and will be asked to pay the $50.00 registration fee.

City of El Lago ordinances require the issuance of building permits as a method of enforcing minimum codes and standards for all applicable construction and remodeling within the city.
