Strength, Balance & Flexibility with Tasha
Join Tasha Monday and Wednesday from 10:30am – 11:30am in the El Lago event room.
This total body workout will use light weights (provided) to work each of your muscle groups. We will focus on strengthening the core, improving overall balance, posture, strength, and mobility. This class is designed for EVERY fitness level and every age (not only seniors)! Exercises can be performed standing or in a chair if needed. Classes are free to all residents. Bring a mat or towel and water.
Meet your instructor Tasha Gutacker:
I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I’ve been leading group fitness classes for 7 years in Seabrook and personal training for 3 years. I love helping participants improve their strength, balance, and flexibility.
Join Cynthia Vankerm Tuesday evening from 6:00 - 7:00pm in the El Lago event room.
